Horizontal Stretch Wrapping Machines
Horizontal stretch wrapping machines, also known as ring stretch wrappers, are ideal for products that are long or oddly shaped such as steel pipes, tubing coils, wood, or furniture. As with all our machines, horizontal stretch wrappers are operator friendly and feature high quality digital displays which are used to enter product dimensions, set the tension of the film and the speed at which the machine operates. Additional features include HMI controls and recipes.
Automatic
Our Spinner series stretch wrappers are available in many different sizes, for help choosing the best model for your application see our sizing diagram. The BN models combine both stretch film and bubble wrap via an additional roll mechanism located above the conveyer belt. All Spinner models are fully automatic, with sensors for cycle start and cycle stop commands. The graphs below display the ring diameter to help determine which size machine will best fit your products.
Custom Horizontal Wrappers
We can customize and build horizontal wrappers for your unique application and factory needs. Common configurations include orbital ring wrappers without conveyor tables or top down rollers to be used in robotic automation cells. Safety features such as fencing and machine guarding are also available upon request.
High Speed
Our Speedwrap series are high speed horizontal stretch wrappers which can be ordered with additional conveyors or multiple stretch wrapping units in the same line for large scale operations.
