Dynawrap Pro 1100W
Large-Format Hybrid Horizontal Wrapper with Bubble Unit
The Dynawrap Pro 1100W is the high-output, dual-material upgrade to our industry-standard Dynawrap Pro 1100. Engineered for oversized, high-value products, this 1100mm ring system adds a secondary bubble-wrap welding station to provide a complete 'Armor-Wrap' for delicate surfaces like premium architectural doors, window frames, pre-finished millwork, and high-gloss RTA cabinetry panels.
Wrapping fully assembled case goods? The physical height of pre-assembled base cabinets and office desks exceeds this ring's 550mm (21.6") clearance limit. Please see the Dynawrap Joy 1550W or Pro 1700W for expanded hybrid envelopes.
EHS-Compliant Dual Pass Automation:
This automated cell entirely eliminates the repetitive ergonomic strain and cut hazards of manually applying prep materials. The system seamlessly welds a wide-format layer of bubble wrap or PE foam around large-surface-area items before automatically pinning it securely with high-tension stretch film, establishing a zero-prep, hands-free packaging zone.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1100W features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.
Included Standard Features CE Certified
Pre-program custom wrap recipes. Operators tap the Beijer touchscreen to instantly auto-adjust tension, RPM, and film overlap. Zero guesswork.
Integrated remote tech support access for instant factory-level PLC troubleshooting and updates.
1800mm High-traction belt-driven system utilizing Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for seamless upstream line speed-matching.
Pneumatic stabilization for wide loads paired with heavy-duty automated film clamp, cut, and wipe-down. Zero operator intervention.
Universal, Non-Proprietary Components
We refuse to trap you in a proprietary parts ecosystem. The Pro-Series is built entirely with globally sourced, off-the-shelf Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs). If a sensor or contactor is ever damaged, your maintenance team can source the exact replacement at your local electrical supply house the same day. No black-box motherboards. No forced overseas shipping delays. Absolute uptime.
Quality Assurance & Commissioning: Pre-shipment video verification / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) available upon request for automated cell integrations. Every system ships with a full digital commissioning packet to streamline electrical and PLC deployment.
Hybrid Textile Roll Wrapping System
The Challenge: A major textile producer needed to automate the moisture protection of large fabric rolls. The goal was to encapsulate the rolls in a "plastic bag" finish without manual labor.
The Solution: This 1100W Hybrid was customized with **integrated motorized conveyor tables** designed to align perfectly with the client’s existing textile line. The system uses a two-stage process:
- Stage 1: Encapsulates the roll in poly-sheeting (or optional **bubble wrap**).
- Stage 2: Orbital stretch film secures the sheeting for a 100% dust-proof seal.
Versatility: While configured here for textiles, this hybrid logic can be applied to any product requiring an extra layer of surface protection under the stretch film.
Full encapsulation for outside storage.
Replaces manual bagging and taping.
Prevents load-shifting in transit.

Integrated Protective Welding System & By-Pass Cycle
The defining feature of the W-Series is the automated protective film curtain. A digitally controlled sealing bar operates precisely between 140°C - 160°C to encapsulate the product in bubble wrap or PE foam before the stretch film is applied.
Need to wrap a product without bubble wrap? Operators can simply select the "By-Pass Cycle" on the HMI. The machine will keep the welding unit completely off (cold) and operate exclusively as a high-speed orbital stretch wrapper, granting maximum flexibility on the factory floor.
Dynawrap LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision (Optional)
Achieve true recipe-free autonomy with highly stable, non-black-box architecture. The optional LUMI™ System utilizes an Intel® depth-sensing 3D camera and a dedicated embedded controller housed in an industrial enclosure. As product enters the zone, the system executes volumetric scanning to determine exact geometry. The algorithm then automatically calculates and pushes the optimal wrapping parameters directly to the PLC. Operators simply select 'Optimum' or 'Heavy' protection modes, and the machine handles the rest.
Common Pro 1100W Applications
High-end wood entry doors, sliding glass doors, and pre-hung frames requiring scratch protection.
Architectural window units, fragile glass panels, and delicate fenestration products.
Unassembled flat-pack cabinet panels and shelving. (For fully assembled desks, see the Joy 1550).
Painted architectural trim, delicate aluminum extrusions, and composite cladding bundles.
Engineered for EHS Compliance & Operator Simplicity
Reduce training liabilities. Operators simply tap the HMI screen and the PLC automatically adjusts tension, RPM, and overlap for specific products. No manual tuning required while the machine is running.
By automating the film clamping, cutting, and conveying process, the Pro 1100W entirely eliminates the repetitive strain injuries (RSI) associated with manual warehouse wrapping operations.

Recommended Stretch Film
The Pro 1100W is optimized for 10" Cast Clear Machine Film for maximum reliability. For wide panels with jagged edges, Blown Film provides the extra "tack" and strength needed to prevent mid-wrap tears.
The Economics of Automation
By replacing inconsistent manual hand-wrapping with mechanized tension control, this system ensures every millimeter of stretch film is utilized to its maximum yield. Reduce your film consumption by up to 25% while eliminating the ergonomic liabilities, transit damage, and labor hours associated with manual load securing.
