The Dynawrap Joy 1550W is our largest standard hybrid system, engineered to provide dual-layer automated protection for massive products like assembled US cabinetry, oversized doors, and architectural panels. It eliminates manual labor by encapsulating the product in a heat-welded envelope of air bubble film or PE foam immediately before passing through the orbital stretch ring.

Standard CTS Tensioning + Hybrid Welding:
As massive cabinets and wide panels roll across the heavy-duty 43-inch wide conveyors, the machine draws from a 1500mm roll of protective bubble wrap or foam. The digital hot-wire sealing bar welds a clean, continuous envelope around the product. Instantly after, the Constant Tensioning System (CTS) kicks in. This advanced spring-based mechanical ring dynamically adjusts stretch force across massive diameters, ensuring the stretch film secures the bubble layer tightly without crushing the corners of your product.

Fully Automated 5-Stage Millwork Packaging Cell
The Challenge: Door manufacturers and custom millwork facilities face severe bottlenecks at the end of the line. Manually staging, wrapping, and offloading heavy residential doors leads to high ergonomic strain, safety liabilities, and inconsistent packaging speeds.
The Solution: We engineered a completely automated, hands-free Dynawrap Joy 1550W wrapping cell. The integrated system features:
- 5-Stage Motorized Conveyors: Remote-controlled infeed rollers and motorized belts move the product seamlessly through the wrapping zone without forklift delays.
- Pneumatic Pop-Up Column: A central staging cylinder allows operators to briefly elevate the door for underside inspection and precise load positioning.
- Hybrid Dual-Layer Application: The integrated welding bar applies a primary protective envelope of PE bubble wrap or foam right before the orbital stretch containment cycle begins.
- Zero-Lift Tilting Outfeed: A custom 5th conveyor table smoothly tilts the heavy door completely upright, secured by a tailgate for effortless operator offloading.
The Result: Total elimination of manual lifting, flawless high-tension containment, and an uncompromised safety perimeter secured by custom Dynawrap machine fencing.

Recommended Stretch Film
The enormous ring of the Joy 1550W is optimized to apply 10" (250mm) Cast Clear Machine Film directly over your preferred base layer of bubble wrap or PE foam. For bundling raw wood beneath the foam, High-Performance Blown Film is recommended for superior tear resistance.
