Securing heavy, circular profiles - such as industrial wire spools, steel coils, and tire stacks - presents a unique logistical challenge. Manual hand-threading of stretch film through the center core of a heavy coil is not only a massive labor drain, but it creates inconsistent film tension that fails during transit.

Operating with a 600mm (23.6") passing diameter, it smoothly rotates and completely seals circular profiles with mathematically precise film overlap.
