The Dynawrap Pro 1400W is the heavy-duty, wide-format upgrade to our Dynawrap Pro 1400. Designed for oversized industrial products, this 1370mm ring system integrates a secondary bubble-wrap station to create a 360° 'Armor-Wrap' for wide architectural panels, commercial garage doors, and extra-large furniture bundles.
EHS-Compliant Dual Pass Automation:
This automated cell eliminates the severe ergonomic strain of manually prepping bulky products. The system safely welds an extra-wide layer of bubble wrap around the payload, immediately followed by our precision mechanical stretch tensioner that pins the cushioning layer tight - creating a zero-prep, hands-free industrial seal.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1400W features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.

Dynawrap LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision (Optional)
Achieve true recipe-free autonomy with highly stable, non-black-box architecture. The optional LUMI™ System utilizes an Intel® depth-sensing 3D camera and a dedicated embedded controller housed in an industrial enclosure. As product enters the zone, the system executes volumetric scanning to determine exact geometry. The algorithm then automatically calculates and pushes the optimal wrapping parameters directly to the PLC. Operators simply select 'Optimum' or 'Heavy' protection modes, and the machine handles the rest.
