The Turntable Bottleneck: Centrifugal Force & Load Failure
Traditional vertical turntable wrappers are fundamentally flawed for unstable or top-heavy pallets. Spinning a 2,000lb load creates massive centrifugal force, requiring operators to run the machine at agonizingly slow speeds to prevent the product from tipping over. Furthermore, standard turntables often fail to secure the load to the wood pallet, resulting in sheer-transit damage.

The Solution: The massive Dynawrap Pro 1900 and Pro 2200 are true enterprise robotic cells. We replace standard belts with heavy-duty motorized chain conveyors or steel slats capable of handling extreme payloads. Controlled by Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Beijer PLCs, the wrappers communicate directly with upstream robotic palletizers via EtherNet/IP - delivering fully autonomous "lights-out" pallet securing.
