With its massive 2.1-meter internal ring, it is the industry standard for prefab floor and roof sections, 80-inch wide commercial garage doors, and oversized modular building components.
This "Titan" of the Pro series is built on a high-gauge reinforced steel frame to handle the extreme centrifugal forces of a 2200mm ring, ensuring precision wrap quality on loads that would stall standard equipment.
Pro Tip: Due to the massive ring size, we recommend the Dual-Roll Carriage option to double your wrap speed on high-volume production lines.
Integrated Safety Perimeter:
The Pro 2200 comes standard with Integrated Steel Side Guards on both sides of the wrapping zone. Given the sheer scale of the 2200mm ring, this built-in fencing provides essential operator protection without the need for additional external safety installation, making it a "plug-and-play" solution for high-safety industrial environments.

The Challenge: A high-output insulation manufacturer needed to bundle large-format forms into stable, 16-piece units without manual intervention or safety risks associated with large-scale stacking.
The Solution: The DynaWrap Pro 2200 was integrated into a fully guarded robotic cell. The system features:
- Robotic Staging: A precision arm creates two side-by-side stacks of 8 pieces.
- Synchronized Infeed: Motorized roller conveyors move the 16-piece bundles into the orbital ring.
