Wholesale yards and composite decking manufacturers lose thousands of dollars weekly to product rejection. When steel or heavy poly-banding is ratcheted down on premium composite boards (like Trex) or raw lumber, the narrow bands crush the corners and bite into the wood.

Traditional pallet wrappers fundamentally fail in the lumber industry. You cannot place a 16-foot stack of 2x4s or a massive sheet of MDF onto a spinning turntable. The length overhangs the base, hits the mast, and the centrifugal force would immediately tear the stack apart.
The Solution: The orbital architecture keeps the massive load completely stationary. By passing the load longitudinally through the center of the ring, the wrapper has absolutely no length limits. The massive Dynawrap Pro 2200 (with Welding Option) integrates an automated top-sheet dispenser to cover the front and back of the load before the orbital ring secures the sides.
