The Bottleneck: The Physics of the Coil
Securing large-diameter, springy plastic tubing coils is a highly awkward process. Because coils lack a solid flat base, traditional conveyor-fed packaging machines fail to hold them steady. This forces floor operators to resort to dangerous, slow, and labor-intensive manual banding.
