Printed Stretch Film & Custom Branded Pallet Wrap

Our custom-printed stretch film is engineered to enhance brand visibility and provide an immediate tamper-evident seal for critical shipments. It is the industry standard for professional pallet presentation, allowing facilities to incorporate logos, handling instructions, or security warnings directly into the wrapping process.

Printed stretch film adds a layer of security to pallets – pallets with printed film cannot be “patched” or “resealed” if they are tampered with. Instead of using expensive stickers that fall off, customers prefer commonly stocked films with messages such as "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN," “FRAGILE”, "DO NOT DOUBLE STACK," or "DO NOT BREAK SEAL" which are printed directly on every inch of the wrap. These messages are often used in the electronics, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods industries.

Companies love to customize their printed stretch film to showcase company logos, brands and mottos. Every pallet instantly becomes a “moving billboard” constantly advertising and building your brand authority. Printed stretch film is designed to be used in stretch wrapping machines with pre-stretch carriages, so your logo will not flake off or become unreadable when high pre-stretch rates are applied.

"Enhancing Pallet Security?" Custom Printed Film provides excellent branding and tamper evidence. For 100% visual concealment of high-value electronics or pharmaceuticals, many of our clients combine branding with our high-opacity security films. See our Opaque Black & White Security Films →

What to Know Before Ordering Custom Printed Film

As a premier custom printed stretch film supplier, we aim to make the branding process as seamless as possible. Here is how we handle the technical side of custom production:

  • One-Time Plate Charges: Custom branding/logos require that a specialized "printing plate" (or cylinder) be created. This is a one-time setup fee. Once your plate is on file, you only pay for the film on all future re-orders.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Because of the complex setup required to ink and calibrate a high-speed stretch film extruder, we typically require a 1-pallet minimum for custom printed runs.
  • Lead Times: Unlike our stock clear films that ship same-day or next-day, custom printed films generally require a 3-4 week lead time for artwork approval, plate creation, and production.
  • Ink Stretch Technology: Our production process uses specialized "elastomeric inks." Unlike standard packaging inks that crack or flake, our inks are designed to expand with the film as it is applied to the pallet, ensuring your logo remains crisp and readable at 200%—250% tension.

How to Submit Your Branding Assets

To ensure the highest print quality and accurate color reproduction, please follow these artwork guidelines when requesting a quote:

  • 1. Preferred File Formats:
We require Vector Art for all printing plates. We accept .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or high-resolution Vector PDF files.
Note: We cannot use .JPG or .PNG files for printing plates as they lose clarity and pixelate when stretched.
  • 2. Color Matching:
Please provide specific Pantone (PMS) color codes for your logo. If you do not have these, our Atlanta design team can help you select a standard industrial ink color.
  • 3. Font Requirements:
Please convert all text to "Outlines" or "Curves" within your design file. This prevents font-substitution errors during the plate-making process.
  • 4. Logo Placement:
Standard "Step and Repeat" patterns occur every 12" to 24". If you have a specific orientation requirement (e.g., "Reading Up" or "Reading Down"), please specify this in your request.
