Machine Stretch Film & Pallet Wrap Rolls

To protect against the harsh effects of sunlight, UVI film extends the life of pallets and products that are wrapped and stored outdoors unlike standard wrap which becomes brittle and degrades under the same conditions.

VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor)

VCI film is used when wrapping metal profiles and other metal objects that tend to rust or oxidize. This film releases a vapor that forms a protective layer over the metal objects, preventing rust and corrosion, eliminating the need for greasy oils or coatings.

Anti-Stat (Anti-Static)

Anti-static film is a special film used when packing sensitive electronics or flammable objects. When standard stretch film is removed from a pallet, it generates substantial static electricity. Anti-stat films are treated to dissipate the charge instead, protecting electronics and flammable materials.

Breathability & Airflow

Vented

Vented film has rows of reinforced slits in the film which allow moisture and heat to escape – this great to allow food such as produce to breathe especially when it’s exposed to hot summer temperatures. It also prevents condensation in drinks such as water bottles, again when the products will be traveling and exposed to hotter than normal temperatures.

Netting

Netted film is a stronger version of our vented film. It’s durability makes it ideal when transporting heavy objects like firewood, pallets of sod, or heavy pallets of produce – all items that require constant ventilation to maintain freshness.

Branding & Organization

Colors

Tinted and opaque films are great for organizing your products based on anything from product line (“Line A”, “Line B”, etc.) to final shipping destination (“shipping to East Coast” or “shipping to West Coast”) or simply for security purposes to hide the products and pallets being wrapped – white and black film is best for security.

Printed

We can customize your stretch wrap film to include company logos or other writing and information. Common requests include company or brand logos and “FRAGILE” or other warnings. From a security standpoint, it also acts as a tamper proof seal.

Specialty Sizing & Handling

Narrow Width (Banding)

We also make smaller stretch wrap rolls to “band” items together – this is useful for pipes, lumber, thin framing or accent wood and other small thin objects that need to remain together, without the need for twine or tape.

Extended Core

Extended core stretch film is available for those who have specialty machines or simply want the ability to stretch wrap by hand from time to time.
