Proactive Software & Predictive Diagnostics
LUMI™ 3D Vision & Stretch Secure™
Safety is proactive, not just reactive. By integrating the optional LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision system, an Intel depth-sensing camera volumetrically scans the incoming payload and automatically pushes the optimal wrapping parameters to the PLC. Zero manual tuning means zero reasons for an operator to approach a moving machine.
Furthermore, the Stretch Secure™ System actively monitors the film tension during the high-speed orbital cycle. In the event of a film break, the PLC auto-stops the machine instantly. This prevents loose stretch film from tangling in the high-torque rollers, eliminating catastrophic mechanical jams and severe tripping hazards before they occur.
Predictive Telemetry: Network access to VFD fault codes, motor speeds, and current loads allows your maintenance team to catch mechanical stress before it becomes an emergency breakdown.
