Linear-Slide Integration for Tubing Coils
The Challenge: A customer required a specialized method to load and unload heavy, large-diameter plastic tubing coils without manual lifting or line stoppages.
The Solution: We engineered a custom Linear-Slide Add-on and integrated it directly into the Pro 1100’s PLC. This allows for specialized "wrapping recipes" tailored to various coil sizes, ensuring 100% containment and automated transit.

The Pro 1100 is optimized for 10" Cast Clear Machine Film for maximum reliability. For sharp-edged metal or wood bundles, we recommend High-Performance Blown Film for superior puncture resistance.
