Dynawrap Pro 1100
Fully Automatic Mid-Sized Orbital Ring Stretch Wrapper
The Dynawrap Pro 1100 is the most versatile solution in our automated lineup, bridging the gap between small-profile wrappers and heavy-duty industrial systems. This 1100mm system is specifically optimized for interior doors, architectural millwork, flat-pack RTA furniture, and large-diameter plastic tubing coils.
Wrapping full-sized assembled cabinetry? The physical height of pre-assembled base cabinets and office desks exceeds this ring's 550mm (21.6") clearance limit. Please see the Dynawrap Joy 1550 or Pro 1700 for expanded working envelopes.
EHS-Compliant Automated Wrapping:
Engineered with a reinforced high-torque drive system, the Pro 1100 acts as a standalone automated packaging cell. By utilizing integrated motorized conveyors, this system establishes complete Forklift Separation - allowing operators to safely load products from outside the active wrapping zone. It delivers a professional, 6-sided finish for items up to 1 meter wide, eliminating the ergonomic liabilities of manual hand-wrapping.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1100 features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.

Automated 6-Sided Cross-Wrapping Cell
The Challenge: When 100% total payload encapsulation is required to protect high-value goods, standard orbital wrapping leaves the front and back ends exposed. Achieving a fully sealed product usually requires massive manual labor to physically rotate heavy boxes for a second pass.
The Solution: We engineered a custom Dynawrap Pro 1100 bidirectional packaging cell to automatically center, wrap, rotate, and cross-wrap the product without human intervention.
-
Active Side Guides: Operators use a foot pedal to engage pneumatic vertical rollers on the infeed table, perfectly centering the box before it enters the wrapping zone.
-
Automated Pop-Up Rotation: After the first cycle, the box hits the outfeed stage where a custom pneumatic column lifts the payload, smoothly rotates it exactly 90 degrees, and lowers it flush with the belt.
-
Bidirectional Cross-Wrap: The outfeed conveyor shifts into reverse, driving the rotated box backward through the wrapping ring to receive a cross-directional layer for flawless, 6-sided encapsulation.

EPS Foam, Insulation & ICF Wall Forms
The Challenge: EPS foam insulation and ICF forms are notoriously fragile. Standard pneumatic top-down presses easily crush the delicate corners, while rigid, irregular 90-degree corner blocks require dynamic tension control to prevent the film from shearing the foam during rotation.
The Solution: During the commissioning of this brand-new production line, the Dynawrap Pro 1100 proved its versatility by flawlessly wrapping standard forms, ICF forms, and highly irregular EPS forms.
-
Custom Line Integration: Our engineering team customized the chassis height of the Pro 1100's motorized belts to perfectly match the facility's existing metal roller staging tables, creating a zero-friction transfer zone.
-
Synchronized Stabilization: When wrapping straight forms, the infeed and outfeed pneumatic top-down presses engage and disengage in a perfect relay sequence, holding the stack completely rigid.
-
Flawless Tension Control: When wrapping fragile, irregular 90-degree corner blocks, the Pro 1100 executes the cycle without engaging the top-down presses. The mechanical Constant Tensioning System (CTS) dynamically adjusts film feed in real-time, preventing the UVI stretch film from crushing the foam.

Heavy Steel Profiles & Forge Integration
The Challenge: A steel forge needed to reliably unitize long, heavy bundles of metal profiles. The extreme weight of the steel payloads rapidly deteriorated standard belt conveyors, and the active warehouse crane environment required a robust, hands-free packaging zone.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1100 deployed directly onto the active factory floor, stationed perfectly beneath the facility's overhead crane system.
-
Heavy-Duty Roller Conveyors: Utilizing specialized yellow motorized roller conveyors (extended 10-12 feet on the infeed and outfeed) engineered to effortlessly support the immense sheer weight of the steel payload.
-
Maximum Containment: The 1100mm orbital ring applies high-tension clear stretch film to bind the metal profiles into a rigid, unitized block, completely eliminating the hazard of manual banding.
-
Hands-Free Throughput: As the overhead crane clears, the motorized table automatically drives the heavy payload through the wrap cycle, finishing seamlessly with an automated film cut-and-clamp arm.

Linear-Slide Integration for Tubing Coils
The Challenge: A customer required a specialized method to load and unload heavy, large-diameter plastic tubing coils without manual lifting or line stoppages.
The Solution: We engineered a custom Linear-Slide Add-on and integrated it directly into the Pro 1100’s PLC.
-
Zero-Lift Transfer: Operators effortlessly load coils onto the stationary infeed arm before the massive wrapping ring physically slides forward on a track.
-
Custom PLC Recipes: Tailored wrap cycles automatically calculate the exact revolution count needed for different coil diameters.

Heavy Steel Poles, Foundries & Massive Cylindrical Rolls
The Challenge: A heavy metal foundry needed to unitize loose bundles of 33 solid steel poles (15-18 feet in length), while industrial roll producers faced severe core crushing and "roll telescoping" during transit. Extreme payloads destroy standard belt conveyors and snap manual strapping under tension.
-
Foundry Roller Conveyors: The Dynawrap Pro 1100 deployed without top-down pneumatic presses, utilizing specialized narrow, heavy-duty red roller conveyors. This architecture easily supports immense shear weight while the orbital ring applies maximum cross-directional containment force.
-
Black Opaque Stretch Film: High-value metal poles are concealed from theft and locked down rigid for safe flatbed transit, completely eliminating the friction and snap-hazards of manual handling.
-
Cylindrical Anti-Telescoping: When handling massive paper, textile, or flooring rolls, the mechanical Constant Tensioning System (CTS) applies exact lateral force to unitize the roll without crushing the center core.
