Pro 1100 Orbital Stretch Wrapping Machine

The Pro 1100 orbital wrapping machine has a ring diameter of 1100mm making it ideal for medium to large objects.

Standard features include a programmable touchscreen-based HMI with features such as recipes, speed controls and tension adjustment. A built-in cutting unit ensures a clean, consistent cut at the end of each wrapping cycle. Pro series wrappers come with upgraded belt infeed and outfeed conveyor tables. Each table is 1800mm long.

Here’s a custom Pro 1100 we built with a linear slide add-on device for a customer that requested this unique method to load and unload their plastic tubing coils. We built the linear slide, customized the Pro 1100 software to communicate with it and created special recipes for our customers’ various tubing sizes and wrapping needs.
