Dynawrap Pro 1400

High-Capacity Extra-Wide Format Orbital Wrapping System

50"+ Width Capacity
1370mm Ring
65 RPM
50.7" Max Width

The Dynawrap Pro 1400 is the heavy-duty industrial standard for manufacturers handling oversized or high-profile materials. With a massive 1370mm internal ring, this system is purpose-built for 50-inch wide architectural panels, oversized window units, flat-pack commercial furniture, and wide insulated metal panels (IMP). Engineered for high-volume 24/7 environments, the Pro 1400 provides the structural stability required for the most demanding oversized packaging requirements.

Wrapping fully assembled office desks? While the Pro 1400 easily handles flat-pack components, a fully assembled commercial desk (typically 60"W x 30"H) physically exceeds this machine's 50.7" maximum width limit. For full-sized assembled case goods, see the Pro 1700 or Pro 2200.

Systems Integration Ready: Engineered for seamless deployment into robotic manufacturing cells with native EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, and MQTT. Supports direct ERP/WMS string-based handshakes for production orders and streams real-time predictive maintenance telemetry.

EHS-Compliant Structural Automation:

To safely manage the centrifugal forces of heavy, oversized freight, the Pro 1400 utilizes a dual-motor synchronized drive system. By integrating reinforced 900mm wide motorized conveyors, this automated cell provides full-surface support, keeping floor operators safely separated from the crush zones of massive industrial loads.

Constant Tensioning System (CTS)

A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1400 features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.

Included Standard Features CE Certified

7" Industrial HMI Touchscreen
Pre-program custom wrap recipes. Operators tap the Beijer touchscreen to instantly auto-adjust tension, RPM, and film overlap. Zero guesswork.
Motorized Conveyors
1800mm High-traction belt system

EHS Safety Compliance: Includes a 3-second acoustic pre-start warning signal to clear the wrapping zone, and micro-switch physical interlocks (Fault E12) that prevent operation if the stretch carriage door is open.

Universal, Non-Proprietary Components

We refuse to trap you in a proprietary parts ecosystem. The Pro-Series is built entirely with globally sourced, off-the-shelf Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs). If a sensor or contactor is ever damaged, your maintenance team can source the exact replacement at your local electrical supply house the same day. No black-box motherboards. No forced overseas shipping delays. Absolute uptime.

Quality Assurance & Commissioning: Pre-shipment video verification / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) available upon request for automated cell integrations. Every system ships with a full digital commissioning packet to streamline electrical and PLC deployment.

Zero-Lift Door Packaging Cell

The Challenge: High-volume millwork and door manufacturers suffer from massive labor bottlenecks and high workers' compensation risks due to the physical fatigue of manually lifting and hand-wrapping heavy, solid-core doors.

The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1400 integrated seamlessly into a zero-lift packaging cell. The system utilizes:

  • Ergonomic Material Handling: Operators use a pneumatic vacuum lifter to effortlessly stage the door onto an extended idle metal roller conveyor.
  • Continuous Flow Integration: The machine's motorized belt conveyor seamlessly grips the door from the idle rollers and pulls it directly into the 1370mm wrapping ring.
  • Zero Manual Wrapping: The system completely unitizes the heavy door without the operator ever having to lift or bend, automatically clamping and cutting the film at the end of the cycle.

The Result: Faster throughput, perfectly consistent wrap tension, and the complete elimination of manual heavy lifting.

Ergonomic Safety
Eliminates lifting fatigue.
Seamless Flow
Roller-to-belt integration.
Higher Throughput
Zero manual bottlenecks.

Pro 1400: High-Volume Industrial Tubing Solution

The Challenge: Securing large-diameter, springy plastic tubing coils is a highly awkward process. Because coils lack a solid flat base, traditional conveyor-fed machines fail to hold them steady, forcing operators to resort to dangerous and slow manual banding.

The Solution: We bypassed standard conveyors entirely. This high-output installation features a pair of customized Dynawrap Pro 1400s engineered into a complete automation ecosystem:

  • Specialized 3-Pronged Infeed: A custom mechanical jaw system allows operators to load coils directly into the ring without unstable roller belts.
  • Custom Software Logic: The PLC calculates the exact revolution counts needed for varying coil diameters automatically.
  • Automated Variable Overlap: Secures the coil from the inside out, replacing metal banding and ensuring 100% surface coverage.
Total Coverage
Replaces metal banding completely.
Smart PLC
Auto-adjusts for varying diameters.
Max Throughput
Unitizes awkward coils in seconds.

Surface Protection Case Study

Friction-Free Residential Door Packaging

The Challenge: In the custom door industry, branding and surface protection are critical. When wrapping premium painted or finished doors, standard top-down pneumatic rollers can scuff the delicate finish or damage applied branding stickers during the high-speed wrap cycle.

The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1400 executing a flawless, friction-free high-speed orbital wrap without engaging the top-down presses.

  • High-Traction VFD Stability: The ultra-smooth, VFD-driven motorized belt conveyors provide such high traction that the heavy residential door remains perfectly flat and stable without requiring any top-down pressure.
  • Zero Surface Marring: By intentionally disengaging the pneumatic top rollers via the HMI, the premium wood finish and custom contractor labels never experience friction scuffing during encapsulation.
  • Protected Branding: The high-clarity cast stretch film securely locks the contractor's branding safely underneath a weather-proof barrier, ensuring it arrives at the job site pristine and 100% visible.
Protected Branding
Locks in custom labels.
Zero Scuffs
No top-press friction.
High-Traction
VFD belt stability.

Dynawrap LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision (Optional)

Achieve true recipe-free autonomy with highly stable, non-black-box architecture. The optional LUMI™ System utilizes an Intel® depth-sensing 3D camera and a dedicated embedded controller housed in an industrial enclosure. As product enters the zone, the system executes volumetric scanning to determine exact geometry. The algorithm then automatically calculates and pushes the optimal wrapping parameters directly to the PLC. Operators simply select 'Optimum' or 'Heavy' protection modes, and the machine handles the rest.
