Global Parts, Service & Warranty Support
Enterprise-Grade Equipment Backed By Direct Factory Access
When you invest in a Dynawrap orbital or vertical stretch wrapper, you are acquiring an engineered system designed for maximum uptime. We refuse to trap our enterprise clients in proprietary parts ecosystems or automated ticketing black holes. Our support infrastructure is built on transparency, standardized components, and direct human response.
Non-Proprietary Electrical
All electrical, pneumatic, and automation controls are built exclusively with open-market Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron, Beijer, Pepperl+Fuchs). If a sensor fails, your maintenance team can source a replacement locally same-day.
Direct Remote Diagnostics
Our systems feature secure remote-access capabilities. By connecting an Ethernet cable or utilizing the optional Wi-Fi module on the Pro and Joy series, factory engineers in Turkey can dial directly into your PLC to troubleshoot faults, refine wrapping recipes, and guide your operations manager in real time.
Wear Parts & Mechanical Spares
We offer pre-packaged Preventative Maintenance Kits for standard wear items like belts and contactors to guarantee zero downtime. For proprietary machined steel parts or frame damage, we bypass middle-man warehousing and dispatch the exact OEM component via expedited overnight freight directly from the factory floor.
Preventative Maintenance Packages & Spares
The cheapest downtime is the downtime that never happens. Our customized Preventative Maintenance Kits are built to your exact machine's configuration to keep your line running continuously through multi-shift operations. A typical kit includes high-wear essentials like:
- Pre-calibrated automatic cutter blades
- Polyurethane friction drive belts
- Omron / Pepperl+Fuchs proximity sensors
- Replacement heavy-duty machine leveling feet (Crucial for mitigating floor vibration and ensuring a perfectly aligned conveyor hand-off).
Pro Series Factory Maintenance Intervals
To ensure maximum uptime and protect your 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty, we recommend your facility’s maintenance team adhere to the following OEM schedule:
| Recommended OEM Maintenance Schedule | ||
| Daily | Clean the machine and clear film debris. | Do not use compressed air. Use aspirators or clean rags to prevent dust from settling in the cutting/welding system. Lubricate guide spindles with WD-40. |
| Monthly | Check conveyor chain tension and piston seals. | Chain should have approx. ±3mm of play. Do not overtighten. |
| Every 300 Hours | Replace the automatic cutter blade. | Based on standard 23-micron stretch film usage. |
| Every 3 Months | Inspect main drive belt tension. | Tighten if loose to prevent crown slippage. |
| Annually | Check and top-off reducer oil. | Use Vg-220 Synthetic Oil. Replace main drive belt every 3,500 operating hours. |
The 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty
Every new Dynawrap system ships standard with an industry-leading 1-Year Comprehensive Systems Warranty covering both Parts and Labor. This ensures your capital investment is completely protected during its critical first year of operation. Warranty registration is automatically initiated on the date of your factory invoice.
Installation, Training & Retrofits
Dynawrap machines are precision-engineered for rapid, plug-and-play mechanical deployment by your in-house plant engineers. However, for facilities requiring a turnkey handover, we offer a dedicated On-Site Commissioning Package.
As an optional service, we will fly a specialized technician directly to your facility to oversee the mechanical installation, program custom wrapping recipes into the HMI, and execute comprehensive operator training. We also deploy technicians for on-site engineering retrofits to ensure your fleet scales with the latest orbital wrapping technologies.
Frequently Asked Technical Questions
How do I change or add a new stretch wrapping recipe?
Custom wrap recipes (adjusting tension, carriage speed, and overwrap) are easily managed directly through the machine's HMI touch panel. Initial recipe programming is covered during your facility's onboarding. For future adjustments, your operations team can easily duplicate and modify existing parameters directly on the screen to match new product dimensions.
Why is my stretch film breaking during a wrap cycle?
The most common causes are film quality and spindle tension. First, ensure you are using an LLDPE machine-grade film of at least 23 microns. Second, check the tension nut on the stretch spindle; if the film is too tight, it will tear on the product's corners. The correct tension allows the film a slight circular movement.
What type of stretch film rolls are compatible with the Pro Series?
Our Pro Series wrappers (600, 600W, 1100, 1100W, 1250, 1400, 1400W, 1700, 1700W, 1900, and 2200) are designed for a standard 76mm (3-inch) inner core diameter. The maximum outer roll diameter is 220mm. Important: If a new roll does not slide smoothly onto the spindle, do not force it, as the roll's core may be out of tolerance.
Why is my machine vibrating or making unusual noise?
A precision orbital wrapper requires a perfectly flat installation. If you experience vibration, the most likely culprit is an uneven facility floor. Check the machine's heavy-duty leveling feet and adjust them until the chassis is perfectly flush and stable.
The machine won't start and the beacon lamp is red. What should I check?
Before calling support, verify three things:
1. The emergency stop button has not been accidentally engaged.
2. The stretch film loading door is completely closed and latched.
3. The machine's crown is locked in the designated "Home" (Reference) position.
If all three are correct, press the Alarm Reset button on the HMI panel.
Direct-to-Human SLA (Service Level Agreement)
We do not use automated help desks or barrier routing. When you experience a fault, you have a direct line to our U.S. technical hub. All service inquiries receive a same-day personal response from our Atlanta, GA facility to initiate immediate triage. If factory-level escalation is required for complex PLC diagnostics, our engineering team is engaged within 24 hours to initiate remote dial-in procedures.
