The Dynawrap Pro 1900 represents the absolute ceiling of orbital wrapping capacity. Built on a reinforced heavy-steel chassis, this machine is specifically designed to handle 6-foot wide industrial panels, commercial refrigeration assemblies, and oversized crate modules.
With a 1900mm internal diameter, it eliminates the bottleneck for manufacturers who previously had to manually wrap wide-format goods or use inefficient vertical turntables for long, wide loads.
Logistics Note: Due to its 2.8m frame height, the Pro 1900 is shipped as a specialized wide-load assembly.
Heavy-Duty Drive Synchronization:
To ensure consistent film tension across a massive 1.9m span, the Pro 1900 utilizes an Industrial Vector Drive with Active Electronic Braking. This allows the machine to maintain a smooth 50 RPM cycle even with heavy 250mm film reels, ensuring 100% surface coverage on products up to 1800mm wide.

Extended Profile Wrapping with Multi-Stage Conveyors
The Challenge: A client needed to wrap exceptionally long, heavy profiles that exceeded standard pallet dimensions. Without proper support, the product risked bowing or shifting during the orbital wrapping process.
The Solution: We paired the DynaWrap Pro 1900 with a custom-engineered, 38-foot total conveyor run. The system features:
- Triple-Table Sync: Three connected motorized tables (10', 3', and 6' sections) on both the infeed and outfeed for maximum stability.
- Remote Operation: Forklift operators trigger the motorized flow and wrapping ring via remote fob without leaving the cab.
- Seamless Hand-off: The multi-stage conveyors ensure the long profile remains perfectly level as it passes through the orbital ring.
The Result: Total automation of long-format goods, reducing manual handling and ensuring a consistent, professional wrap every time.
