Dynawrap Pro 1900
The Heavy-Industrial Standard for 72-Inch Wide-Format Wrapping
The Dynawrap Pro 1900 represents the absolute ceiling of orbital wrapping capacity. Built on a reinforced heavy-steel chassis, this machine is specifically designed to handle 6-foot wide industrial panels, commercial refrigeration assemblies, and oversized crate modules.
With a 1900mm internal diameter, it eliminates the bottleneck for manufacturers who previously had to manually wrap wide-format goods or use inefficient vertical turntables for long, wide loads.
Pro Tip: Due to the massive ring size, we recommend the Dual-Roll Carriage option to double your wrap speed on high-volume production lines.
EHS Fail-Safe Drive Synchronization:
To safely rotate heavy 250mm film reels across a massive 1.9m span, the Pro 1900 utilizes an Industrial Vector Drive with Active Electronic Braking. This serves as a critical EHS fail-safe, capable of instantly halting the massive rotational inertia to prevent workplace accidents while ensuring 100% hands-free surface coverage.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1900 features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.
Included Standard Features CE Certified
Pre-program custom wrap recipes. Operators tap the Beijer touchscreen to instantly auto-adjust tension, RPM, and film overlap. Zero guesswork.
Integrated remote tech support access for instant factory-level PLC troubleshooting and updates.
Bespoke lengths and heavy-duty widths configured to your specs, powered by VFDs for seamless speed synchronization.
Dual pneumatic cylinders for extreme loads, paired with hands-free film termination and full-frame lateral safety guarding.
Universal, Non-Proprietary Components
We refuse to trap you in a proprietary parts ecosystem. The Pro-Series is built entirely with globally sourced, off-the-shelf Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs). If a sensor or contactor is ever damaged, your maintenance team can source the exact replacement at your local electrical supply house the same day. No black-box motherboards. No forced overseas shipping delays. Absolute uptime.
Quality Assurance & Commissioning: Pre-shipment video verification / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) available upon request for automated cell integrations. Every system ships with a full digital commissioning packet to streamline electrical and PLC deployment.
High-Volume Logistics: Horizontal Pallet Wrapping
The Challenge: When shipping dense, heavy industrial goods like electric motors, the biggest transit risk is the payload shearing or sliding off the slick wooden skid. Standard vertical turntable wrappers only squeeze the sides of the load, leaving it vulnerable to shifting during hard braking.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1900 flips the script by wrapping the entire pallet horizontally.
- Load-to-Pallet Binding: By wrapping under the wood pallet and over the top of the product, the machine creates an unbreakable 4-sided vertical "seatbelt" that anchors the motors directly to the base.
- High-Volume Chain Conveyors: Four synchronized 6-foot motorized chain conveyor tables on both the infeed and outfeed create a massive 48-foot packaging line designed for extreme tonnages.
- Continuous Flow: The synchronized outfeed line seamlessly delivers the locked-down pallet directly to a waiting forklift without manual turntable loading.
Binds product to pallet.
High-volume chain drive.
Zero turntable bottlenecks.

Extended Profile Wrapping with Forklift-Optimized Conveyors
The Challenge: A client needed to wrap exceptionally long, heavy palletized rolls that exceeded standard dimensions. They required a way for forklifts to safely load and unload the massive profiles without damaging the conveyor frames, while also preventing the product from rolling off the end of the line.
The Solution: We paired the Dynawrap Pro 1900 with a custom-engineered, 38-foot medium-grade conveyor run built to support extreme pallet weights. The system features:
- Forklift Access Gaps: The infeed and outfeed feature a "Triple-Table" layout (a 6' table out of the ring, a 3' gap table, and a 10' end table). The 3' table creates the exact clearance needed for a forklift to drive between the conveyors and safely lift the pallet without striking the machinery.
- Anti-Drop Edge Sensors: The final 10' outfeed table is equipped with dual-sided optical sensors that instantly detect the product and stop the belt, preventing the heavy pallet from falling off the edge.
- Remote Fob Operation: Operators trigger the motorized flow and orbital wrapping cycle via remote fob without ever leaving the forklift cab.
Engineered 3' access gaps.
Fob-activated efficiency.
Edge sensors halt the belt.

Dynawrap LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision (Optional)
Achieve true recipe-free autonomy with highly stable, non-black-box architecture. The optional LUMI™ System utilizes an Intel® depth-sensing 3D camera and a dedicated embedded controller housed in an industrial enclosure. As product enters the zone, the system executes volumetric scanning to determine exact geometry. The algorithm then automatically calculates and pushes the optimal wrapping parameters directly to the PLC. Operators simply select 'Optimum' or 'Heavy' protection modes, and the machine handles the rest.
Common Pro 1900 Applications
Full-width 6-foot sectional commercial and airplane hangar doors
Oversized walk-in cooler panels and insulated industrial HVAC housing
72" Wide Structural Insulated Panels for modular construction
Full-surface protection for oversized shipping crates and machinery bases
Engineered for EHS Safety & Operator Simplicity
Reduce training liabilities. Operators simply tap the HMI screen and the PLC automatically adjusts tension, RPM, and overlap for specific products. No manual tuning required while the machine is running.
By automating the film clamping, cutting, and conveying process, the Pro 1900 entirely eliminates the repetitive strain injuries (RSI) associated with manual warehouse wrapping operations.

Recommended Stretch Film
Our largest systems are optimized for Heavy-Gauge Machine Film, engineered to provide maximum containment for oversized and heavy-duty shipments. For heavy-duty industrial shipments with protruding corners, High-Performance Blown Film is required for maximum containment force.
The Economics of Automation
By replacing inconsistent manual hand-wrapping with mechanized tension control, this system ensures every millimeter of stretch film is utilized to its maximum yield. Reduce your film consumption by up to 25% while eliminating the ergonomic liabilities, transit damage, and labor hours associated with manual load securing.
