Constant Tensioning System (CTS):
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Joy 1550 features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.
