Dynawrap Pro 1700W
Industrial-Scale Hybrid Horizontal Wrapper with Bubble Unit
The Dynawrap Pro 1700W is our premier industrial-scale solution, upgrading the standard Dynawrap Pro 1700 with dual-material protection. Specifically built for high-volume manufacturing of massive components, this 1700mm system provides an automated 'Armor-Wrap' for industrial HVAC units, prefabricated wall panels, oversized garage doors, and commercial crating.
EHS-Compliant Zero-Prep Cell:
Utilizing a wide-format bubble wrap welding station and our integrated precision tensioner, the 1700W removes operators from the hazards of wielding box cutters and manual tape dispensers. It creates a hands-free, puncture-resistant barrier that secures even the most massive, irregular loads.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1700W features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.
Included Standard Features CE Certified
Pre-program custom wrap recipes. Operators tap the Beijer touchscreen to instantly auto-adjust tension, RPM, and film overlap. Zero guesswork.
Integrated remote tech support access for instant factory-level PLC troubleshooting and updates.
1800mm/2400mm/1800mm High-traction belt-driven system utilizing Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for seamless upstream line speed-matching.
Reinforced pneumatic stabilization for wide loads paired with heavy-duty automated film clamp, cut, and wipe-down. Zero operator intervention.
Universal, Non-Proprietary Components
We refuse to trap you in a proprietary parts ecosystem. The Pro-Series is built entirely with globally sourced, off-the-shelf Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs). If a sensor or contactor is ever damaged, your maintenance team can source the exact replacement at your local electrical supply house the same day. No black-box motherboards. No forced overseas shipping delays. Absolute uptime.
Quality Assurance & Commissioning: Pre-shipment video verification / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) available upon request for automated cell integrations. Every system ships with a full digital commissioning packet to streamline electrical and PLC deployment.
High-Volume Hybrid Packaging Cell
The Challenge: For furniture and millwork manufacturers, manually pre-wrapping large wood panels in bubble wrap before stretch wrapping creates a massive bottleneck. The process causes severe ergonomic strain and limits daily throughput.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1700W Hybrid transforms a labor-intensive, multi-step process into a perfectly synchronized, continuous-flow packaging cell.
-
Continuous Throughput: A 3-man crew effortlessly manages the line. Operator 2 feeds the panels, the machine automatically processes them, and Operator 3 stages the finished goods with zero manual lifting or pre-wrapping required.
-
Inline Labeling Zone: The natural staging gap between the auto-welding unit and the orbital wrapper allows Operator 1 to efficiently apply barcode tracking labels directly to the sealed bubble wrap before the final stretch layer is applied.
-
Dual Panel Stabilization: Heavy-duty pneumatic top presses engage automatically, keeping the thin wood panels perfectly flat while the 1700mm ring applies high-tension encapsulation.

Automated Bubble & Stretch Wrapping for Cabinetry
The Challenge: Furniture manufacturers experience massive bottlenecks and labor costs when manually pre-wrapping large case goods and cabinetry in protective bubble wrap prior to final stretch wrapping.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1700W integrates a protective bubble-wrap welding unit and a high-tension orbital stretch wrapper into one continuous, automated line. The system features:
- Motorized Conveyors: Specialized belt conveyors safely pull large, heavy cabinets through the unit without scratching or damaging surfaces.
- Automated Welding: The integrated thermal jaw cleanly cuts and heat-seals the bubble wrap layer securely around the cabinet.
- Total Encapsulation: The massive 1700mm ring applies high-tension stretch film directly over the bubble wrap for rigorous transit protection.
The Result: Perfect 6-sided dual-layer surface protection with zero manual prep work.

Dynawrap LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision (Optional)
Achieve true recipe-free autonomy with highly stable, non-black-box architecture. The optional LUMI™ System utilizes an Intel® depth-sensing 3D camera and a dedicated embedded controller housed in an industrial enclosure. As product enters the zone, the system executes volumetric scanning to determine exact geometry. The algorithm then automatically calculates and pushes the optimal wrapping parameters directly to the PLC. Operators simply select 'Optimum' or 'Heavy' protection modes, and the machine handles the rest.
Common Pro 1700W Applications
Full wall panels, trusses, and modular building components
Commercial air handlers, ductwork sections, and chiller panels
Large truck body panels, bumpers, and wind deflectors
Consolidated export shipments and oversized industrial crates
Engineered for EHS Safety & Operator Simplicity
Reduce training liabilities. Operators simply tap the HMI screen and the PLC automatically adjusts tension, RPM, and overlap for specific products. No manual tuning required while the machine is running.
By automating the film clamping, cutting, and conveying process, the Pro 1700W entirely eliminates the repetitive strain injuries (RSI) associated with manual warehouse wrapping operations.

Recommended Stretch Film
The Pro 1700W is optimized for High-Tension Cast Machine Film to secure heavy-duty industrial loads without breakage. For wide panels with jagged edges, Blown Film provides the extra "tack" and strength needed to prevent mid-wrap tears.
The Economics of Automation
By replacing inconsistent manual hand-wrapping with mechanized tension control, this system ensures every millimeter of stretch film is utilized to its maximum yield. Reduce your film consumption by up to 25% while eliminating the ergonomic liabilities, transit damage, and labor hours associated with manual load securing.
