Dynawrap Go 1200
Semi-Automatic Orbital Stretch Wrapper
The Dynawrap Go 1200 expands the capability of our semi-automatic lineup, delivering a massive 1250mm passing ring designed to encapsulate interior doors, mid-wide architectural panels, window frames, and oversized e-commerce items. Engineered for robust performance at up to 70 RPM, it secures challenging profiles and heavy assemblies seamlessly on standard 110V/230V power.
Wrapping 48-Inch (4x8) Sheet Goods?
A standard 48-inch plywood or drywall sheet physically cannot pass through the Go 1200's 1150mm (45.3") maximum width limit. For 4x8 panels, you must scale up to the fully automated Dynawrap Joy 1550.
High-Capacity, Low Voltage:
The Go 1200 bridges the gap between massive payload capacity and facility accessibility. Despite its heavy-duty frame and 1250mm ring size, it continues to operate on standard single-phase power, completely eliminating the need for expensive 3-phase electrical drops while handling substantial architectural components and heavy industrial assemblies.
Included Standard Features
Operates on standard single-phase facility wiring. No industrial 3-Phase power or expensive electrical drops required.
Applies two layers of stretch film simultaneously at up to 70 RPM, effectively halving the cycle time for oversized parcels and cabinets.
Includes massive built-in hand roller tables (1000mm x 920mm) for smooth manual feeding of heavy furniture and architectural doors.
Allows the operator to keep both hands on the heavy payload for precise physical control while operating the wrapping ring with their foot.
Universal, Non-Proprietary Components
We refuse to trap you in a proprietary parts ecosystem. Even our semi-automatic machines are built with globally sourced, off-the-shelf Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron). If a relay or switch is ever damaged on your floor, your maintenance team can source the exact replacement locally the same day. No black-box motherboards. No forced overseas shipping delays. Absolute uptime.
Common Go 1200 Applications
Large multi-item corrugated shipments and bulky 3PL fulfillment boxes.
Pre-hung interior residential doors, glass assemblies, and commercial window frames.
Unassembled desks, shelving units, and large ready-to-assemble furniture kits.
Decorative architectural panels, custom millwork, and composite boards up to 45" wide.
Semi-Automatic Cabinet Wrapping (Go 1200)
The Challenge: Hand-wrapping large cabinets, furniture pieces, and architectural panels is a massive source of operator fatigue, leading to inconsistent tension and slow production throughput.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Go 1200 utilizes a massive 1250mm ring to quickly encapsulate bulky items, serving as the perfect entry-level upgrade from manual hand wrapping.
-
Manual Roller Conveyors: Built-in roller conveyors provide full operator control, allowing for easy product feeding and staging of heavy cabinets without mechanical complexity.
-
Dual Film Carriages: Applies two layers of stretch film simultaneously, effectively doubling the wrapping speed compared to single-carriage operations or hand wrapping.
-
Accessible Upgrade: Delivers consistent, high-tension wrapping and transit-ready protection without the massive capital expenditure of a fully automated robotic line.

The Economics of Entry-Level Automation
Walking around a heavy architectural door or fully assembled cabinet with a hand-roll of stretch film is slow, exhausting, and yields inconsistent tension. Upgrading to a 70 RPM dual-carriage orbital ring multiplies a single operator's output by up to 3x while completely eliminating the ergonomic liabilities (RSI) of manual banding and taping.

Recommended Stretch Film
Because the Go 1200 is tasked with wrapping bulky items like cabinets and doors, it is optimized for the widest narrow-web roll available: 6.7" (170mm) Cast Clear Machine Film. This ensures maximum containment force with fewer revolutions on large payloads.

Dynawrap Go 1200 Technical FAQ
What are the maximum object dimensions the Dynawrap Go 1200 can wrap?
The Go 1200 accommodates a maximum passing width of 1150 mm (45.3") and a maximum passing height of 700 mm (27.6"). Note that standard 48-inch (4x8) plywood or drywall sheets cannot physically pass through this 1250mm ring. For 4x8 panels, you must scale up to the Joy 1550.
What are the electrical power requirements for this wrapper?
The Go 1200 operates on standard single-phase power, requiring an installed capacity of only 0.75 kW. It is configurable for 110V 1-Phase (10.0A-12.0A) or 230V 1-Phase (5.0A-6.0A) facility wiring. There are no pneumatic compressed air requirements for the standard model.
Does the Go 1200 include motorized conveyors for automated feeding?
No. The standard Go 1200 features built-in manual hand roller conveyors measuring 1000 mm (39.4") long and 920 mm (36.2") wide. The operator maintains physical control over the product feed rate through the wrapping zone.
Does this machine support automated line integration or robotic handshakes?
No. The Go 1200 is a standalone, semi-automatic wrapper designed for manual operation. It does not support PLC network handshakes or robotic cell integration. For 100% hands-free automation, please explore the Joy Series.
Is the Dynawrap Go 1200 UL and CSA listed?
Yes, all electrical panels and components are fully cULus and CSA certified for North American facility integration.
