High-Volume Wood Panel Packaging Cell
The Challenge: High-volume panel and cabinetry manufacturers face severe bottlenecks at the shipping dock. Manual wrapping is simply too slow and inconsistent to keep up with active production lines.
The Solution: A highly efficient two-person continuous-flow packaging cell utilizing the Dynawrap Joy 1250.
-
Lateral Guide Rollers: Short vertical rollers on the motorized infeed table act as a catch and guide, keeping the panels perfectly straight and aligned as they enter the 1250mm orbital ring.
-
Dual Pneumatic Presses: The infeed and outfeed top-down presses act independently, ensuring lightweight panels won't lift or shift during the high-speed wrap.
-
Continuous Automated Throughput: As one panel finishes and the auto-cut arm fires, the operator seamlessly feeds the next, allowing for rapid box packing on the outfeed.

Flawless Residential Door Packaging
The Challenge: When wrapping premium painted or finished doors, surface protection is critical. Standard top-down pneumatic rollers can scuff, scratch, or mar the delicate white finish during a high-speed wrap cycle.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Joy 1250 executing a flawless, friction-free high-speed orbital wrap without engaging the top-down presses.
-
High-Traction Stability: The ultra-smooth, high-traction motorized belt conveyors keep the heavy wooden door perfectly flat and stable without requiring any top-down pressure.
-
Zero Surface Marring: By disengaging the pneumatic top rollers, the painted surface never experiences friction scuffing during the orbital encapsulation.
-
High-Speed Encapsulation: A two-man crew easily stages and offloads the door, capitalizing on an automated 35-second cycle that finishes with a clean auto cut-and-clamp.

Automated Textile & Carpet Packaging
The Challenge: Packaging soft, compressible goods like rugs, carpets, and heavy moving blankets is a massive logistical challenge. Without constant compression, rolled or folded textiles can unspool, telescope, or shift during wrapping, leading to a loose and unsecure bundle.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Joy 1250 solves this using a perfectly synchronized dual pneumatic relay.
- Continuous Compression: The infeed top-down press engages to securely compress the thick bundle. As the load moves through the wrapping ring, the outfeed press engages, taking over stabilization to ensure the bundle never loses compression.
- Snag-Free Transfer: Ultra-smooth motorized belt conveyors ensure that the delicate fabric never snags, tears, or catches during transfer.
- Continuous Flow Throughput: The system finishes with an automated cut-and-clamp, pushing the sealed carpet bundle down an extended gravity roller outfeed table while the second bundle is already loading.

Hands-Free Volumetric & Sub-Assembly Encapsulation
The Challenge: Standard semi-automatic machines require an operator to manually tie the film to the product and cut it at the end of the cycle. When wrapping 3D volumetric items like assembled casework, or bundling loose interior shelves, this manual intervention destroys line efficiency.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Joy 1250 provides 100% hands-free continuous motorized throughput for standard-depth cabinets and their sub-assemblies.
-
1250mm Clearance: The 49.2" ring easily clears the rigid corners of assembled casework without clipping the load or requiring perfect center alignment.
-
Synchronized Compression: When wrapping loose shelves, the pneumatic top-down presses engage to securely compress the slick wooden boards together, preventing them from shifting or scuffing during the high-speed orbital cycle.
-
Auto Cut-and-Clamp: The integrated module secures and cuts the film tail instantly. The operator never has to touch the stretch wrap or walk around the machine, ensuring zero line pauses.
