Dynawrap Pro 1250
Fully Automatic Large-Format Orbital Ring Wrapper
The Dynawrap Pro 1250 is the industrial standard for wrapping wide-format materials. Engineered with a massive 1260mm orbital ring, this system is purpose-built for mid-wide sheet goods (up to 46 inches), insulation boards, flat-pack furniture, and stacked industrial bundles.
Wrapping 4x8 Plywood or 48-inch panels? A 48-inch (1219mm) panel physically cannot pass through the Pro 1250's 1170mm maximum width limit. For standard 4x8 sheet goods or fully assembled furniture, you must size up to the Joy 1550 or Pro 1700.
EHS-Compliant Large-Format Stabilization:
Handling 48-inch wide panels manually introduces severe pinch and crush hazards. The Pro 1250 acts as a fully automated cell, utilizing extra-wide 1100mm motorized conveyors and heavy-duty dual pneumatic top-press rollers to keep wide, flat loads perfectly stable - isolating operators completely from the active wrapping zone.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 1250 features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.
Included Standard Features CE Certified
Pre-program custom wrap recipes. Operators tap the Beijer touchscreen to instantly auto-adjust tension, RPM, and film overlap. Zero guesswork.
1800mm High-traction belt system
Pneumatic stabilization for wide loads
Heavy-duty pneumatic film termination
Universal, Non-Proprietary Components
We refuse to trap you in a proprietary parts ecosystem. The Pro-Series is built entirely with globally sourced, off-the-shelf Tier-1 components (Schneider Electric, Omron, Pepperl+Fuchs). If a sensor or contactor is ever damaged, your maintenance team can source the exact replacement at your local electrical supply house the same day. No black-box motherboards. No forced overseas shipping delays. Absolute uptime.
Quality Assurance & Commissioning: Pre-shipment video verification / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) available upon request for automated cell integrations. Every system ships with a full digital commissioning packet to streamline electrical and PLC deployment.
Automated Door Wrapping with Non-Marring Rollers
The Challenge: Millwork facilities struggle to automate the wrapping of delicate painted or primed doors because standard top-down press rollers cause friction scuffs, marring the finish and leading to rejected products.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 1250 eliminates this risk by utilizing specialized non-marring rubber wheels on the pneumatic top presses. The system features:
- Safe Stabilization: Rubber wheels gently secure the door during the high-speed orbital cycle without leaving a mark.
- Synchronized Flow: Dual motorized conveyors seamlessly pull the narrow profile through the 1260mm wrapping ring.
- Operator Safety: The entire automated wrap cycle, including the auto film cut, operates safely behind integrated yellow and black machine fencing.
The Result: Flawless surface protection with zero cosmetic damage and zero manual wrapping.

Dynawrap LUMI™ 3D Algorithmic Vision (Optional)
Achieve true recipe-free autonomy with highly stable, non-black-box architecture. The optional LUMI™ System utilizes an Intel® depth-sensing 3D camera and a dedicated embedded controller housed in an industrial enclosure. As product enters the zone, the system executes volumetric scanning to determine exact geometry. The algorithm then automatically calculates and pushes the optimal wrapping parameters directly to the PLC. Operators simply select 'Optimum' or 'Heavy' protection modes, and the machine handles the rest.
Common Pro 1250 Applications
Up to 46" wide MDF, rigid foam insulation, and composite boards.
Unassembled desks, large cabinetry gables, and shelving systems.
Stacked bundles of laminate flooring, hardwood, and composite decking.
Corrugated carton bundles, metal siding, and roofing panels.
Engineered for EHS Compliance & Operator Simplicity
Reduce training liabilities. Operators simply tap the HMI screen and the PLC automatically adjusts tension, RPM, and overlap for specific products. No manual tuning required while the machine is running.
By automating the film clamping, cutting, and conveying process, the Pro 1250 entirely eliminates the repetitive strain injuries (RSI) associated with manual warehouse wrapping operations.

Recommended Stretch Film
This workhorse is optimized for 10" High-Performance Cast Film, ensuring the auto-clamp system handles consistent daily throughput. For sharp-edged metal or wood bundles, we recommend High-Performance Blown Film for superior puncture resistance.
The Economics of Automation
By replacing inconsistent manual hand-wrapping with mechanized tension control, this system ensures every millimeter of stretch film is utilized to its maximum yield. Reduce your film consumption by up to 25% while eliminating the ergonomic liabilities, transit damage, and labor hours associated with manual load securing.
