Heavy Motor Wrapping with Custom Safety Guarding
The Challenge: A manufacturer needed to secure heavy, irregular-shaped electric motors to cardboard shipping bases. Due to the high-velocity throughput required and the active factory floor layout, operator safety around the rotating ring was a primary concern.
The Solution: We deployed the Dynawrap Pro 600 equipped with an integrated safety perimeter. The system features:
- Custom Machine Guarding: Heavy-duty yellow safety fencing physically separates operators from the 90 RPM rotating ring while allowing clear visibility into the wrap zone.
- Irregular Load Securing: The precision mechanical tensioner perfectly contours the stretch film around the motor's heavy, uneven shape, locking it directly to the base.
- Automated Conveyor Hand-off: The motorized belt seamlessly drives the heavy motors through the orbital ring without requiring manual pushing or positioning.
The Result: A 100% OSHA-compliant, zero-injury packaging line that securely encapsulates heavy machinery components at maximum production speed.

The Pro 600 is optimized for 10" Cast Clear Machine Film to ensure high-speed, jam-free cycling on compact profiles. For sharp-edged bundles, we recommend High-Performance Blown Film.
