EHS-Compliant High-Speed Automation:
Equipped with a precision mechanical tensioner and a high-speed orbital ring, the Pro 600 isolates operators from rapid-moving parts. It applies consistent film force at velocities up to 90 RPM, replacing repetitive manual motion with relentless, safe automation that won't slow down your line.
Constant Tensioning System (CTS)
A major challenge when wrapping oversized products is maintaining consistent film tension across highly varied bundle widths. The Pro 600 features a spring-based Constant Tensioning System (CTS). This mechanical stretch ring (yielding 50-70% pre-stretch) dynamically adjusts force during rotation, adding tension where the film gets loose to ensure a tight, professional wrap on massive panels and bulky cabinets alike.

Sensor-Triggered PVC Extrusion Packaging
The Challenge: Slippery materials like PVC profiles are notoriously difficult to bundle by hand. Without perfect tension, the profiles slide against each other during transit, causing surface friction and scratching.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 600 utilizing high-speed optical sensors to trigger the cycle. The process features:
- Instant Payload Detection: As the stack enters the wrapping zone, sensors detect the PVC, instantly triggering the top press and lateral guides to square the bundle.
- High-Tension Orbital Wrap: The 600mm ring rapidly applies high-tension stretch film to create a rock-solid, friction-free unit without manual adjustments.
- Automated Handoff: The cut-and-clamp arm finishes the cycle, automatically pushing the PVC onto the extended roller table.

Wrapping Sharp Steel Anchors & Poles
The Challenge: Wrapping heavy metal bundles featuring sharp, squared bolt-hole anchor bases. Standard stretch wrappers apply incorrect tension, causing the sharp steel to immediately slice through the film.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 600 executing a pre-programmed wrapping recipe via the HMI touchscreen for this exact 25" x 15" bundle. The process features:
- 1-Touch HMI Recipes: The operator triggers the exact wrap parameters needed to safely encapsulate the sharp edges.
- Puncture-Resistant Overlap: The 600mm ring applies precise mechanical tension and heavy film overlap directly to the sharpest anchor points without tearing.
- Seamless Roller Integration: As the bundle transitions to the metal roller outfeed, the squared anchors cleverly act as a natural physical stop for fast, easy offloading.

Flawless Artificial Turf Roll Encapsulation
The Challenge: Unitizing long, flexible rolled goods like carpet, textiles, or artificial turf is notoriously difficult. Hand-wrapping usually results in loose ends, unspooling, or "telescoping" during transit.
The Solution: The Dynawrap Pro 600 takes absolute physical control of the product to deliver a perfectly tensioned wrap. The process features:
- Synchronized Stabilization: As the motorized infeed belt pulls the turf forward, the machine simultaneously fires its automatic lateral size guides and pneumatic top-down press, locking the unruly roll dead-center.
- Telescope-Free Wrapping: With the roll fully stabilized, the 600mm orbital ring applies massive cross-directional film tension without shifting or unspooling the product.
- Seamless Outfeed: The wrapped turf seamlessly transitions to an extended metal roller outfeed table for fast, easy offloading.
Auto size guides lock the roll.
